Release Notes

For this small release I've planned to remove the texturing algorithm I'm using on LeTerrain, particularly on the SetUpMultiTexturedTerrainVertices() method. It's way too tied to the current heightmap; when another heightmap is used, things go freaky with the texturing.

Thus, I'm going to send the whole MultiTexturing chores to the Pixel Shader using a TextureMap, effectively eliminating the need for SetUpMultiTexturedTerrainVertices().

Also, I plan to re-integrate the water rendering module I had at one time developed.
